A surprising mix of lavender and blueberry, with 59% cocoa content, which doesn’t seem quite enough. It seems a little floral — almost too floral at first — but it’s quite tasty. You just have to avoid thinking about soap. It would be great with a pot of English breakfast tea. Never quite got around to making tea as it was too easy to eat square by square, but maybe next time.
